Memorandum
The Global Classrooms LAU Model U.N. is NOT a competition. All students are expected to have a healthy academic spirit; yet this program is to introduce a unique UN culture of diplomacy to the youth across Lebanon and the region; to inspire dialogue, tolerance, empathy, leadership, global awareness, and peaceful means towards conflict resolution. Our mission is to guarantee high school students in Lebanon an equal chance to participate in the program, to learn the Model United Nations Culture, regulations and procedures, and to build strong bridges of communications, collaboration and leadership skills, all while being commensurate with the LAU's mission of educating the whole person.
